Welcome to PUSH! This program will act as your DAILY PLANNER. Thats right! As your personal trainer, I've hand selected this workout split (& these classes) for you to complete as your energy and body allow. This program contains a mixture of LIVE and ON DEMAND CLASSES, but all VOD'S will be uploaded here for you to watch whenever your heart desires. LIVE CLASS days will be uploaded day of (typically around 9AM PST). If you're a super early bird and need a workout for the day - don't worry - most days offer a suggested class for you to take while you wait for that LIVE CLASS drop. You'll notice two other incredible perks of this program: recipes + your daily checklist. Your daily checklist can (and should) be used for your to check in with yourself on your outside habits. These small habits are part of building longer, and larger habits so don't forget to click those boxes and celebrate your wins! Any questions? DM me!
